  • Can beginners join the workshop?
    Yes, this workshop is for absolutely everyone! We will learn and practice asanas in combination with other workouts, focusing on each body part. This workshop is for all ages.
  • How does it work once I sign up for the workshop?
    As soon as you fill out the form and sign up for the workshop, you will recieve a confirmation email. A day before the workshop you'll be recieving an email on the email provided by you sharing the zoom link to attend the 2-Days workshop.
  • Will I be getting the session recording?
    We don't share the workshop records, as we believe in live interactive session, so that, we can take corrective measures as and when required.
  • What is required to join the workshop?
    As the workshop is online, a good internet connection with a laptop or mobile phone is necessary. A part from this, you would require a yoga mat or a cloth sheet to comfortably sit and perform asanas/workouts on.
